How to Track Your Order
Tracking your order on MyElectric.in is quick and simple. Once you place an order, you can monitor its progress at every stage — from processing to delivery.
🔹 Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Visit MyElectric.in and log in using your:
- Registered mobile number
- Email address
- Password/OTP
After logging in, go to My Account.
🔹 Step 2: Open “My Orders”
In your account dashboard, click on:
➡️ My Orders
Here you will see a complete list of all your orders, including:
- Order ID
- Order date
- Product details
- Order status
🔹 Step 3: Select the Order You Want to Track
Click on the order you want to track.
You will see:
- Order processing status
- Expected dispatch date
- Courier information (once shipped)
- Invoice & payment details
- Item-level status (if multiple items)
🔹 Step 4: Track in Real-Time
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be displayed.
You can view:
- Live courier tracking
- Current location of your shipment
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery agent details (if provided by courier)
A tracking link is also sent to your:
- SMS
🔹 SMS & Email Updates
You will receive updates at every stage, such as:
- Order confirmed
- Order packed
- Order shipped
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
🔹 If Your Tracking Link Isn’t Working
Sometimes tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect.
Please wait 12–24 hours and try again.

🔹 For Bulk/Business Orders
B2B shipments (large orders, heavy goods, export shipments) may include:
- Lorry receipt (LR number)
- Transporter details
- Airway bill
- Export tracking (for international customers)
These details will be shared directly by our logistics team.
