How Products Are Shipped

At MyElectric.in, we follow a professional and reliable shipping process to ensure your electrical products reach you safely and on time.


1️⃣ Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • Our team verifies the order details
  • The items are picked from our warehouse or brand partner
  • Quality check is performed for each product
  • Products are packed securely based on their category

You will receive an SMS/Email when your order is confirmed.


2️⃣ Secure Packaging

Different electrical products need different levels of protection. We use:

  • Shock-proof bubble wrapping for fragile goods
  • Moisture-protected sealed packaging
  • Heavy-duty boxes for large/heavy items
  • Foam padding for lighting, switchgear, and instruments
  • ISPM-15 certified wooden crates for export shipments

3️⃣ Handover to Courier / Transport Partner

We ship through trusted logistics partners depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Priority/express shipping

Partners include:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Professional couriers
  • Transporters for heavy/bulk shipments

Once shipped, you get a tracking link via SMS/Email.


4️⃣ Tracking & Updates

You can track your shipment anytime:

  • From My Orders in your account
  • SMS/email notifications at each stage

Tracking shows:

  • Picked up
  • In transit
  • Out for delivery

5️⃣ Delivery Time

Delivery timeline depends on your location:

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 days
  • Heavy/Bulk Shipments: As per transporter schedule
  • International Orders: Based on air/sea freight (export team will inform timeline)

6️⃣ International Shipping (Exports)

We ship worldwide using:

  • Sea freight (LCL/FCL)

Export customers receive:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • HS Codes
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)

Proper export-grade packaging is used.


7️⃣ What Happens If a Product Is Damaged During Transit?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos/video of the packaging and product
  • Contact support within 24–48 hours
  • We will arrange replacement or refund, depending on the situation
