How to Edit Your Name, Address, Phone Number & Other Details

You can update your account information anytime. Just follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Log In to Your Account

1. Go to MyElectric.in
2. Click Login
3. Enter your mobile/email and log in

2️⃣ Go to “My Account”

After logging in, click on My Account (usually at the top-right corner).

You will see options such as:

• Profile
• Contact Details
• My Addresses
• GST Details
• Account Settings

3️⃣ How to Edit Your Name

1. Open Profile
2. Click Edit Profile
3. Update your name
4. Save changes

4️⃣ How to Change Your Mobile Number

1. Go to Profile or Contact Details
2. Enter your new mobile number
3. Verify it using the OTP sent to your phone
4. Save

5️⃣ How to Change Your Email

1. Open Account Settings
2. Enter the new email
3. Verify through the email confirmation link
4. Save

6️⃣ How to Edit or Add an Address

1. Go to My Addresses
2. To edit an address → Click Edit
3. To add a new address → Click Add New Address
4. Update name, phone, pincode, city, and full address
5. Save the address

7️⃣ How to Update GST Details (Business Customers)

1. Open GST Details under your account
2. Add or update:
   • GSTIN
   • Business name
   • Billing address
3. Save
