Schneider EasyPact TVS LRE Thermal Overload Relay Price in Sri Lanka

The Schneider EasyPact TVS LRE thermal overload relay provides motor overload protection by tripping when motor current exceeds the set dial value for a sustained period. Designed to mount directly on the LC1E contactor (plug-in mounting), the LRE uses a bimetal strip with adjustable trip current. Available in ranges covering 0.16A to 630A. Zero import duty to Sri Lanka under ISFTA.

How to Select an LRE Overload Relay

  • Trip range: Select the model whose adjustment range covers the motor’s full-load current (FLC). Set the dial to the motor’s nameplate ampere value.
  • Trip class: LRE standard is Class 10 (trips within 10 seconds at 7.2× FLC). Class 20 models available for high-inertia loads.
  • Manual vs auto reset: Manual reset (requires operator action after trip) is preferred for safety. Auto reset available for unmanned pump applications.
  • Mounting: Mounts directly on LC1E contactor — no wiring needed. Also panel-mount with adapter.
